- $30 of registration fee is a non-refundable deposit to reserve a space in class.
- No refund after the first class of the session.
- Missed classes must be made up within the same session by attending a similar class level, i.e. beginner takes another beginner or a level l.
- A class will be canceled if less than 5 people register.
- Cancellation due to weather: If Stillwater schools and/or businesses are closed, we will be closed. Evening students should call the studio (651-439-2569) for an updated message regarding weather/cancellation. No refund wil be given.
- Cancellation by a teacher will be announced in a timely manner (except an emergency.) A refund will be given.
Reminders
- Come with an empty stomach (a snack is fine 2 hours prior to class), bare feet and comfortable workout clothes. If you have a yoga mat, bring it. There are used mats and props available.
- Please advise your teacher before class of any significant health problems (i.e. hypertension, thyroid disease, spinal injury) or if you are pregnant or presently menstruating. Adaptations can be made.
- Try to show up 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start of a class, find your space on the floor and begin to quiet yourself.
- If you need to leave early from a class, allow yourself 5 minutes to be in Shavasana (relaxation pose) before departing.
- Single-class drop-in fee is $15.00 per class. Make checks payable to still water yoga.
- For your convenience, the studio sells mats, yoga props and yoga books.
Courtesies
- Enter the studio's hallway quietly. There may be a class finishing up and doing relaxation (Shavasana).
- Leave coats, purses, shoes, and cell phones and pagers (turned off) outside of studio's practice space.
- It would be considerate but not necessary to call the studio if you know you will be absent. Call the studio when you plan to make up a class.
- still water yoga is a scent free environment, perfume/cologne free.
